- Any contract entered into at the travel destination is exclusively between you and the respective service provider. Amtrake Booking acts solely as a booking agent and is not a party to this contract.
- The travel service (train ticket, hotel, or car rental) will be provided to you directly by our partner providers in our capacity as an intermediary agent.
- Your acceptance of any rental agreement, ticket terms, or accommodation contract upon check-in or at the point of service is considered legal proof of your acceptance of the provider’s terms and the applicable local laws.
